Cancellation Policy
All booking deposits are non refundable. If you want to reschedule less than 72 hours you will need to pay a new deposit If you are rescheduling prior to the 72hours period and unsure of a date we can retain your deposit for a maximum of 30 days only, any booking after this period will require a new deposit. If you cancel your booking with less that 72 hours notice or do not show to your appointment and wish to book a new appointment in the future, you will be required to pay the full treatment in advance when booking.
Booking Policy
A non-refundable booking deposit is required for all bookings. Your booking deposit will come off the treatment price at your appointment. Please note that your booking will NOT be entered/secured in our booking system until we have a confirmed, we have received your deposit. You must let us know when you have sent your deposit.
Terms & Conditions for Gift Certificates
Gift Vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
In case of no-show gift voucher will not be valid any more.
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from date of purchase
According to our Cancellation Policy, treatments booked with gift vouchers can be rescheduled 72h in advance. Otherwise the gift voucher will be deducted booking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this.
Protect your voucher and treat it as cash; lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
